Somehow, people always trust me. Even strangers I’ve just met.

They tell me their stories, their secrets—sometimes things they’ve never shared with anyone. I often hear, “I don’t know why I’m telling you this,” or, “I’ve never told anyone this before.” In that moment, it’s like they’ve finally found someone who will truly listen and understand.

When people open up, it often pours out all at once. And I just listen. I don’t judge. I don’t interrupt. I don’t rush to fix. I simply hold space. Maybe that’s why they trust me—because they know their words will stay with me, safe and protected.

People share their fears, their pain, their deepest truths. Sometimes, they cry. And when they do, I hug them. I want them to feel safe, even if only for a moment. To know they are not alone.

I’ve noticed that when people share, something begins to shift. Maybe it’s the act of finally speaking their truth aloud, or maybe it’s the comfort of being heard without judgment. Whatever it is, it feels like a step toward healing. And I don’t feel drained after listening—instead, I feel grateful that I could help, even in a small way.

The beauty of it is that people often leave lighter. Freer. As if they’ve put down a weight they’ve carried for too long.

It’s a privilege to hold space for someone’s truth, to witness their relief and peace after opening their heart. To know I’ve helped—not by fixing, but simply by being there—is one of the most fulfilling things I’ve experienced.

So, if you ever feel like you need to talk, to trust, or to let it all out, I’m here. Always.
